Member Referral Program
Refer a client that purchases a monthly (3, 6 or 12) membership and receive an additional month FREE on your current membership.

 

*Memberships:  Memberships are unlimited.  Above prices are listed as the monthly payment.  Fees can be paid upfront or by monthly automatic credit card charge. Membership Cancellations:  If necessary all memberships can be cancelled with the charge of one months fee.  Upon expiration of memberships we do not automatically renew.  Memberships will only be renewed upon clients request.

Cancellation Policy:   PowerVibe Fitness must be notified 4 hours in advance of any class cancellation.  If the cancellation deadline is not met, the client will be charged the cost of one drop-in fee.
